    I had to press the settings icon before the pop-up appeared and only on the second attempt.

    You need to download the app and sign up for an account (or sign in if you already have one) then the pop up then has a button to click on.

    Me too. I’ve tried clicking the settings several times as suggested by @mclarkie but that didn’t work for me either…
