By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. Prizes: There are 4 prizes, each consisting of 2 x tickets to the UEFA EURO2024™ Round of 16 Match 1C vs 3D/E/F in Gelsenkirchen on 30.06.24, with return economy flights from an airport in the UK to Germany, departing 30.06.24 and returning 01.07.24, and 1 night stay in a 3-star hotel, with winner and their guest sharing a twin hotel room.

NOTICE: Winner(s) and guest must all need to hold a valid passport and have authority to enter Germany.
a. Winners will receive tickets only valid for the specified date.

b. The prizes include what is stated in clause 15 only and does not cover any costs related to other travel, food, drinks, or any expense of any kind.

c. The winner must be over 18 years old. Should their guest be under 18, the winner will need to be their parent or legal guardian.

d. Winners shall remain at all times responsible for their guest (who is the additional ticket holder). Entrants acknowledge that a breach of these terms may result in their ticket being revoked, entry to the stadium refused or being asked to leave the stadium, or prize may be forfeited.

e. Use of the tickets is subject to the terms and conditions on the tickets and the regulations in force at the applicable venue. The tickets may not be resold under any circumstances and can only be used by the winners.

f. Match tickets must be used only by the winner(s) and named guest. Entrants must not re-sell, give away or otherwise re-distribute any tickets they receive.

g. Prize elements, including match tickets, air travel provider, and hotel, will be determined by the Supplier in its absolute discretion. All travel is always subject to availability and may be dependent on select seat class with airlines or specific room category availability with an accommodation partner. Departure airport will depend on the destination in Germany and availability.

h. Prize winner(s) and guest(s) must be available to travel on the dates specified by the Promotion Entities, or prize and its value will be forfeited.

i. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. The winner(s) and their guest(s) must travel together, including travelling on the same flights and staying in the same accommodation and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable. No compensation or alternative travel plans will be arranged should the winner(s) and/or their guest(s) miss their outbound or return flights or fail to meet any check in requirements for any reason. These costs will be the sole responsibility and expense of the winner(s) and their guest(s). A credit card imprint will be required from the winner(s) at check-in to the hotel for all incidental charges.

j. Winner(s) and their guest(s) will be solely responsible for all taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the prizes they receive, regardless of whether it, in whole or in part, is used. Winner(s) and their guest(s) are responsible for passport, travel visa, insurance, medical expenses and compliance with meeting any travel/health requirements imposed by German government and those of the United Kingdom at time of travel. Prize excludes domestic transfers, meals and drinks, spending money, all other expenses not expressly stated.

k. The Promotion Entities will not be responsible for replacement of any lost or stolen match tickets once they are in winner's possession or in the possession of the winner’s guest.

l. Match tickets are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the match's organiser. Winner(s) and their guest(s) must comply with all applicable ticket terms and conditions, stadium code of conduct terms and safety and security regulations and decisions including the prohibition on the re-sale and transfer of such tickets, and prohibition of certain items in the stadium. Winners will receive an invitation to the UEFA ticketing App. During the registration process, the winners will have to submit all data as required by UEFA and will also need to accept UEFA’s terms and conditions.

m. Winner(s) & guest(s) acknowledge that UEFA retains rights under the ticket terms and conditions, stadium code of conduct terms and safety and security regulations and decisions to revoke or cancel tickets, to refuse entry to the stadium and to ask winner(s) or guest(s) to leave the stadium due to any breach of conduct and/or inappropriate behaviour. In such circumstances Unilever will not be liable to winner(s) or guest of winner(s) for any losses incurred as a result of such withdrawal.

n. Winner(s) & guest(s) acknowledge that the teams playing in a match are subject to change without notice by UEFA. No specific players or other individuals are guaranteed to play or otherwise participate in a given match, and a Match may be cancelled, stopped prematurely, interrupted, rescheduled, relocated, or replayed in its entirety at UEFA’s discretion. The Promotion Entities will not be responsible for any costs, losses or damages to winners and guests as a result thereof.

o. For ticket fulfilment, winners will be directed to the iLuka platform, where they’ll be prompted to input their full name and email address to then receive the tickets. Tickets will be shared digitally; winners will need to provide an email address and mobile phone contact details.

p. The Administrator will share the winners’ full name and contact details with third party CSM agency who will fulfil all flights and hotels and will liaise directly with consumers after they’ve claimed their prize.

q. Winners may be asked to participate in publicity arising from the experience.

Only one prize per household. The prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.

Note 1C is the first place team in group C, which will hopefully be England.
