Haier Washing Machine 5 Year Warranty - No support from retailer or manufacturer

Well done - but bearing in mind some of the "horror" stories we hear about Amazon customer services I'm a bit surprised they've folded so easily. And if they've offered a full refund they've gone beyond their statutary obligations.
