Stuck between Shell and Octopus
I'm a Shell energy customer that's being migrated to octopus.
They haven't yet told me I've been fully migrated, and to not take any action.
However, this weekend the Shell energy app says it's not available any longer, and to download the octopus one. However when I do, I have no account details to use for octopus.
Octopus won't deal with me yet as they can't find my account details, and Shell aren't replying.
Very frustrating, I wonder if anyone else is finding the same?

Of course I will. But still have to give meter readings as they've never managed to get it working, and phoning them takes hours.MultiFuelBurner said:

In my experience you can resolve this by going in via the web not an app, you then set a password and will immediately be able to see your data, some of it is buried under links of the old dashboard at the bottom of the screen.PaulJM said:I'm a Shell energy customer that's being migrated to octopus.
