Just opened the YBS app there's a Transaction and balance mismatch message.

Apparently it's going to be sorted from 31st March.

My Internet Saver Plus 13 has gained 2p.
My Xmas Saver 2023 has gained 82p.
My Online Rainy Day has gained 5p.

Pretty sure this happened last year too. A conversation with them revealed it happens year after year, but they've never done anything to 'fix' it.

But has the interest been calculated up to todays date 26/03 or 31/03 which is 5 days away.

Family member tried to open a new account with them today and it took a while, including her having to do a video ID check and passport photo on a ‘dark background’. She still has to wait up to 24 hours to see if they are happy to go ahead…. 

Having continuous BS membership pays off.  Saves time applying for new products and gives access to loyalty offers.  I once had a few months break in my YSB membership and missed out on 5% loyalty RS (5% was a double of what other RSs paid at the time).

Same with iOS. Will just have to wait till the 31st I guess.

They claim pro-rated, and that any deposits/withdrawals would result in the amount being amended in either this year's figure or next year's figure incl a balance reduction upon closure.
