Just opened the YBS app there's a Transaction and balance mismatch message.
Apparently it's going to be sorted from 31st March.

Family member tried to open a new account with them today and it took a while, including her having to do a video ID check and passport photo on a ‘dark background’. She still has to wait up to 24 hours to see if they are happy to go ahead….3 -
