Currys- Washing Machine- first one damaged an replacement not installed fully

Our new washing machine was found to be damaged after the new one had been removed. We had 3 days without a machine. The new one arrived and was installed but the men were unable to complete the task as they couldn't fit the door/ align hinges. They informed us that 'someone else' would have to do this...needless to say after several days no contact. In the end my partner did the job
When he contacted Currys about our dissatisfaction they begrudgingly issued a 'goodwill' credit note ( for instore only) for £30- this was issued several weeks after our moan
Is this good enough or should we be entitled to more?

Their website says £25 for disposal and £30 for install, how come you paid this much?
If that's the fee charged I'd deduct the £25 and ask for £90 back to the card.
If you Google CEO email and search that site for Currys there is a contact for a higher level of customer service, they might take a little while to reply but hopefully have the ability to offer more.In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces1 -
According to their website it's £115 for an integrated machine, which I assume this is as they couldn't install the door2

Given they effectively did a freestanding installation then the difference in price between the two would seem a reasonable refund to reflect they didnt do the door etc.1 -

So it would seem reasonable to request a £60 refund (£115 - £25 disposal - £30 standard freestanding install)? In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0
