Random email from PHL?

I’ve received a random email out of nowhere from Evri about a parcel due for delivery from “Promotional Handling Group” or PHL. I haven’t received a WEM or DM/call etc. so this is completely out of blue.. I’ve also never heard of PHL “Promotional Handling Group”.
Has anybody else experienced this or know of the company/what this may relate to?
