April price cap change - new contract

My energy tariff runs out at the end of March, should I wait until April to look at a new tariff or are the April prices already baked in?

    The April-June SV rates are locked in.

    You can only guess if any new fixed tariffs will be offered in the future.

    If you want to stay with your current supplier then there is normally an option to move immediately or at the end of your current fix.
