Meta Quest 3 Headset Warranty
greatcapp

Hi, I'm just after opinions to know if I am right on this or not.
I bought a Meta Quest Headset from Amazon.co.uk in Jan this year (so 2 months back). It turned out to be faulty, so was swapped out by META for a "Refurb" unit.
This unit also turned out faulty, and they have now dispatched another "Refurb" unit.
On the documentation though, it tells me I only have 3 months warranty on this device, so would expire in June this year.
I believe I should be entitled to my original 12 month warranty from when I purchaed the device in Jan from Amazon.
I have found the warranty info online, which I believe backs me up. https://scontent-lhr6-2.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t39.8562-6/279091625_303836035236319_2408328665394520547_n.pdf?_nc_cat=105&ccb=1-7&_nc_sid=b8d81d&_nc_ohc=kOumFLrGRl8AX8PgI2_&_nc_ht=scontent-lhr6-2.xx&oh=00_AfB1FmSY0vKusMjWkie46dsewvdxQQbIgWvqFsJRYdiz-A&oe=65FC9564

Could anyone offer advice as to whether I'm correct & should argue my case further?

I think you're correct, and the remainder of the original warranty period is greater than 90 days, so it should stand.0
