Contact details for Euro Car Park when online appeal is closed

Euro Car Parks website doesn't list any email or phone number where I can send correspondence about challenging a parking invoice. Is there any way to contact them (apart from writing & posting paper mails to them)?
The online appeal is closed for me because my renter already paid the parking fine.

You can use the complaints policy (link is in the BPA Code of Practice AOS members' list).
Also complain to the landowner.
But if it's been paid you can't actually appeal, so don't use that word in your complaint.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I recently paid a £60 fine to Euro Car Park and realised that as a blue badge holder I was able to park without charge for upto three hours. My wife and myself were well within this time however we were fined for not paying to park. My wife and myself were upset that we had been fined and paid almost immeadiately unaware of the rules for blue badge holders. I am now trying to contact Euro Car Parks with evidence of my wifes blue badge but do not know how or who to present it too. Does anybody have any ideas which might help.0

None of these parking companies understand the concept of refunding money paid in mistake.
Forget it and move on.3 -
Complain about it to the business or landowner or managing agent
Read the blue badge blue booklet, blue badges have no relevance on private property, other than to show that the individual qualifies under the Equality Act 2010 , for reasonable adjustments, but if its a pay to park car park, there must be signs telling the BB holder about any concessions , so check them carefully1 -
"My wife and myself were well within this time however we were fined for not paying to park"You were not "fined" you received an invoice from greedy chancers which you unfortunately paid, you have paid and that's all they were interested in.But where was this car park it is almost unheard of for blue badge holders to get free parking these days are you sure?2

How did you pay? A bank / Visa chargeback would be a better route.
You need to "complain" to ECP first so you can demonstrate it to your bank. I'd take the approach that it was a disputed invoice. The bank will probably clam up if you get into parking fine talk.
You can upload a letter here: https://www.eurocarparks.com/enquiry
They do read and respond.1 -
