Fix Radio have teamed up with business insurer NFU Mutual to give you the chance to win over £1,000 worth of Makita equipment, including a Makita 18V 7 piece Power Tool set and a DAB site radio!

Terms and Conditions

1. By entering this competition you agree to the Fix Radio Competition Terms and Conditions and the Fix Radio Privacy Policy.
2. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Fix Radio and NFU Mutual, their families, Agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
3. The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. 
4. All entries must be submitted via www.fixradio.co.uk and only one entry per person is permitted.
5. The opening date for entries is 18th March 2024 at 00:05. The closing date of the prize draw is 31st March 2024 at 23:55. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
6. Three winners will be chosen by random draw [performed by a computer process  on 2nd April 2024 ("Draw Date").
7. The winner will receive a Makita DAB+/FM Bluetooth Site Radio and a Makita 18v 7 Piece Power Tool Kit. 
8. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 28 days of being notified of their win.
9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
10. The prize is supplied by NFU Mutual . NFU Mutual reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond NFU Mutual’s control makes it necessary to do so.
11. The winner may be required to participate in publicity connected with this prize draw including participation in photo and or filming sessions as required by the Promoter and it is a condition of entry that the winner agrees to their name and county of residence being made publicly available if they win.
12. Personal data supplied to NFU Mutual during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in NFU Mutual’s privacy policy https://www.nfumutual.co.uk/legal-information/privacy-policy/.
13. Insofar as is permitted by law, Fix Radio, NFU Mutual, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Fix Radio, NFU Mutual, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
14. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision not held to be invalid.
15. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
