Stopping on Gatwick Airport Red Route

Great result well done. Please remember that these urban myths are of no use in future:"The car engine remained running with the driver at the wheel throughout"."no facial identification has been provided for the driver."

I think the reason I commented upon the facial identification element was to try and illustrate to anyone wishing to read my post that because of it, or rather lack of it, I was unable to determine who the driver was. I now realise that such detail is unnecessary I suppose for the purpose of a defence.fisherjim said:Great result well done. Please remember that these urban myths are of no use in future:"The car engine remained running with the driver at the wheel throughout"."no facial identification has been provided for the driver."3 -
Please help. I am in similar situation hardly stopped for 1 minute at Gatwick red route area. I was driving the hire car and the hire company has shared my details with NCP as the driver of the vehicle. Can I still appeal using the above or had to use any different template? Thanks0
