Vinted - right to be forgotten

Hello, I have had some ongoing issues with Vinted and they blocked my account, having tried to speak to someone and getting nowhere other than robot replies I tried setting another account, I’m permanently blocked,
I have pleaded my case and apologised but they are not interested,
I am 100% honest and had good feedback but in a quick mad moment made a stupid error, I rely heavily on Vinted and wasn’t thinking of the bigger picture,
Under GDPR asked to be forgotten, endless emails no avail, they now say it will be 7 months, can they legally hold onto your bank details.
Thanks for reading x
