Had a couple of Aldi shops since I last logged in. Lost track a bit of spends but my bank app seems to track it well. Including a wine and cheese shop while in holiday in France the grand total is £211.29/£250.GC 2024 £1445.91/£3000

Morning, hope everyone is going ok. I’m upto £339.31/400. But new budget is 375 to account for overspend last month, I was going to get fruit veg 50% off on Uber but it’s decided not to show on app this Monday, we have enough to stretch, kids just wanted watermelon and few other things. Should be a NSD instead now.5

Eek… I’ve been missing in action but only in person… I have budgeted and also now got a Hyperjar with a structured pot for groceries. I budgeted £400 for Mid April until Mid May and have spent £ 231.31 with £168.69 remaining. I’ve bought cleaning and toiletries for the month so should be achievable. Feel so much more in control than I did in Feb… gone from spending £700+ in a month so massive achievement
Mid April to Mid May £400 budget, on track and going into May with £168.69 (don’t need anything until Thursday) 😊

My final total is £79.14/£80. Bought a couple of doughnuts (no regrets). Still got some store ingredients left but run down a lot of dry goods and fresh food. Only rice left for carbs. Meals already prepped for tomorrow

Gosh, well done @number_23 that sort of reduction took me years to achieve (and maintain)number_23 said:Eek… I’ve been missing in action but only in person… I have budgeted and also now got a Hyperjar with a structured pot for groceries. The problem with doing a big CostCo shop is that it feels like you shouldn't need to go to the shop ever again, which isn't how it works unfortunately.
5 little shops and a big shop in the last week.
