Any ideas on this? Replaced the fridge bulb and went before i could close the door and also tripped the main fuse box. Took bulb out and turned back on and all works OK now just a bit dark in there. Am tempted to leave as it is working unless anyone has any ideas.
if i had known then what i know now

Guess something has bumped against the light housing & it's shorting out on something - perhaps the fridge casing!!
Think it needs a power off/unplug investigate & see.
You don't want it tripping the fuse & melting everything.

probably a dud replacement bulb
or a loose connection causing the bulb to flicker
I'd try a new bulb once more - then give up!0 -
Circuit breakers are notorious for tripping when a light bulb blows as specialy with small bulbs like the ones in fridges
Id try another one0
