Words fail me. That beggars belief!
EVERYTHING she says there is wrong (and misleading to the court, which MUST be deemed unreasonable conduct) because you did acknowledge then defend the case in time. They are a solicitor and they KNOW from the MCOL history that you first acknowledged the claim, thus extending the time to defend.
Further unreasonable conduct is seen from the fact this Claimant has filed SEVEN claims against you for the same situation/facts PCNs which they elected to split into 'files' and attack you with SEVEN separate claims.
Can you continue on your earlier thread please which has all the context? This one doesn't and I'd let this thread die.
