Parking counter claim.

ve spent 25 hours defending myself for a parking offence that I did not commit. I won.
Can I somehow get some compensation from these parasites?

Well that's not much to go on is it?
How can anyone comment on that, the only sure thing is that if it was a private parking ticket it was not an "offence"!

The time to ask for costs is after the judge says "you won" but then it would only be maximum of £95 unless you prove that the clamant acted unreasonably - a high bar normally.  You could send a letter before claim asking for it - costs nothing - but expect there to be no reaction and, unless you are prepared to follow up with a N1 claim form costing £35 (which can be reclaimed if you win), you just have to suck it up.  Were real costs involved or just your time; did you have to take time off work for which you lost money?

The car paaark owner will be jointly and severally liable for the actions of its agents.

Your opening post is too vague to offer any advice other than no

Whos car park was it ( if it was a car park)?
    name of pakring company?
    location of car park?
why did the vehicle receive a pakring charge notice?
Congratulations on the win, but on what grounds did you win?

And just spotted, you said "offence" if this was a private parkig charge notice then there will be no offence alleged or otherwise committed, so if you are dealing with a council/police issued ticket and you got that overturned you have no chance of getting money back for your time.
If this is a private parking charge notice then there are a few avenues to explore, I would go for the landowner as principal depending upon who/what it was .
Even though it may seem pedantic words and phrases used are important when dealing with these things.
