Blue badge user parked in loading bay

Hi looking for advice please. I was parked in a loading bay last sat, I didnt realise it at the time as there was no road markings just a sign further down, I had my blue badge on display and there was several other cars parked there also. I didn't take an pics at the time but got some off streetmap but it hasn't changed since then, i was parked whete the white van is about.

    There are 'key cases' about Blue Badge holders being allowed to use loading bays where they are not restricted to commercial loading only. That one is not for certain types of vehicle so I think you could park there with a Blue Badge.

    As you were there at 2.45pm this was not a time when loading was banned, so in my view (going by the signs) you could use that bay with a Blue Badge.

    I also think the signs contradict the double kerb blips. You only see double kerb blips when the loading ban is 24/7.  It's not.  So I think there should only be single kerb blips there.

    I'm also not 100% convinced that the lower sign is compliant with the TSRGD legislation but the experts on all of the above are on pepipoo forum.

    pepipoo.com has been having problems for a while, but several posters have said they had good results from another website called Free Traffic Legal Advice on FTLA.UK, so it would be worth contacting them as well or instead, using Coupon-mad's advice above.
