Hi All,
Earlier this week I parked here: 21 Akllbacore crea London SE13 7HW.
Walked out of the car because I was in a hurry for a doc appt took a pic of the poll on the other side of the road and paid my parking. When I walked out of the hospital I saw I had a ticket and initially assumed it was because I paid a couple of min after I parked because I was in a rush. However, before I appealed I checked on Google and that the side of the road might be permit holders only but there isn't a sign anywhere near the place I parked - its way down the road,so unclear if I actually have grounds to appeal or not.
Thank you in advance any advise would be much appreciated.

A council penalty notice?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Edited to add: This appears to be a council Penalty notice rather than a Parking Charge Notice. Please go to https://ftla.uk and post your question on there. This forum specialises in parking charges from unregulated private parking companies.1 -
