0% purchase cards and foreign transaction

Options
I'm looking up getting a new credit card to help pay for our honeymoon this summer. I've done Martin's eligibility test and we've been recommended Natwest or Barclaycard, they have excellent term 0% on purchases which would give us an extra 19 months to pay off the expense which is perfect for us after just paying for a wedding.
However I've read all the small print and searched their websites and I can't find anything to tell me whether foreign transactions would be included in the 0%. I expect I would still have to pay the foreign transaction fee (2.75% with Natwest) but would it null and void my 0% deal, or would I still get the 19 months to pay the balance?
I do already have the Halifax clarity card which wouldn't charge me for the transactions, but it doesn't give me 0% interest, and if I use it then do a balance transfer to Natwest, the transfer fee is 3% anyway so I'd be worse off.

I think this is a case of reading the T&Cs very carefully and then likely having to ring them to confirm that foreign purchases are included.  When you ring make a note of the time, date, number and who you talk to just in case you find they give you incorrect info.

I've had loads of 0% purchase cards and they've always included foreign purchases. It never even crossed my mind they wouldn't. If it didn't include foreign purchases it should be clear in the T&Cs.
