TA I usually see the same nurse and she's always gentle but this really hurt. I've looked this morning and there's a red mark there. She must have used and elephant gun!!Gers that's madness isn't it.When I rang to book my BP check she said let me see if there's anything else while you're there and that's when she asked me if I wanted the shingles jab. Must be for over 70s here then.8

Morning all, dry, sunny ish and quite warm relaively speaking. Perfect day for seed sowing so I will give mysef another hour or so to wake up and then have at it. I'm really hoping OHs friend has forgotten about going metal detecting today..Fridge freezer arrived with a thunderstorm yesterday, I had to leave the back door open for them to bring it in which resulted in a swimming pool in there and a soaking wet appliance. It's the same size as the other other one but it looks a lot bigger in the fridge bit. I don't know where they get their figures from when they say it#ll hold fourteen bags of shopping or however much....Gers, good to hear it went as well as. My cousin organised a piper for my auntie, it was lovely if that doesn't sound wrong...dp1, hope he's home soon, a break in routine and hospital always seem to shake you up. TA, shame they couldn't help your legs more. Chris, 20 days to go? woop...Izzy, you can tell her all about it now
nan, hope you#re taking it easy..Rosy, enjoy your free day. camelot, fingers corssed the bed departs! have a good day all if you can...

We found a ( new to me after our move) wool shop yesterday, bought 2 patterns Inc one for a cardi for me. Started cardigan for friends daughters birthday last night and for some reason could not get the rib to work. Will try again later.
I have started to feel more like myself this week, wound now healed so made dinner last night. Still no heavy lifting for a few months but otherwise all good.
Sunny here at the minute hope it lasts. Hugs to all those who want them
Have a good day all

Morning all
Its bright any sunny here this morning it actually feels like spring but more rain due tonight and for the next few days. I have a wash on the go which can be hung outside for a while and OH will need to do his work clothes later.
Another night on the melatonin last night, it didn’t work as well as the night before but I still managed a better night let’s hope it keeps working.
Not sure about dinner tonight I bought some bao buns in M&S so might do them with some crispy chicken and some noodles with mushrooms.
DP1 I hope your DDad has improved xx
Gers sounds like a good send off xx
Have good days all and take care xx8
