Not enough info, what is your long term plan for this money?1

If you're not sure, go for the best easy access cash ISA thst you can find, in order to secure this year's allowance. Then you'll be free to transfer if you decide to go for investment or fixed term or anything at any time in the future. You can transfer a cash ISA into a stocks and shares ISA, just in case you weren't aware.2

For me (looking to buy):
• £16k into a Cash ISA

You can always just put it all into a cash ISA and do a partial (or full) transfer out once you've made your mind upI consider myself to be a male feminist. Is that allowed?0
