Hi all
Scenario is that OH can Halifax money transfer but Natwest Group not offering BT cards.
Theoretically, is the below possible:
1. OH money transfer from Halifax
2. I balance transfer OH Halifax to my Barclays (that allow partner transfer)
3.I balance transfer from Barclays to Natwest
4. Repeat 1 and 2
5. I balance transfer from Barclays to RBS
Is something like that possible assuming all done with 1 week so within BT timeframe conditons.

I don't understand.
Do you meant that Natwest won't accept BTs from Halifax but will from Barclays?
I can understand not allowing BTs between Natwest and RBS but not the others.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe and Old Style Money Saving boards. You do realise that what you are proposing is 3 transfers for each amount which means 3 fees for each.

But why transfer to Barclays and then to Natwest? Why not direct from your Halifax?

So far as I know, when banks do 'balance transfers' they don't actually contact the card they're 'transferring' from at all, they just make a payment to them using your card number as the reference and their normal BACS payment sort code/account number.
That being the case, how would they check the name on the account?
