Motorola - Dreadful Customer Service

Purchased a phone (G73) directly from them less than a year ago which suddenly died and would not switch on, started the process of arranging a return for a repair under warranty and it's been an utter shambles from the start.

Terrible communication, significant delays with getting return info, calls to chargeable phone lines to get things moving (imagine, having a returns line for your faulty products that costs to call), eventually getting the returns lable sveral days later, no updates on the repair and on chasing via multiple routes no response only to check today and the tracker suggests my phone was delivered back to me today (it 100% was not).

And on top of all of that being left without a phone for a significant number of weeks.

They will never see another penny from me nor will anyone hear a good word about them from me.
