I am helping with the sale of a property and all now agreed.  They need to take meter readings on completion but they are on a dual rate tarrif and cannot see how to get the two readings on their meter.  When they press OK just the one reading comes up and then the screen goes blank.            I attach a pic and simple instructions would be appreciated.

Thanks, yes I did see this but the instructions are not simple, it talks about navigation buttons (are these the UI buttons?).    but then the instructions to see the readings state
"The TOUmatrix menu item displays the Time of Use (TOU) Register Matrix. Pressing the left and right UI buttons allows you to scroll through the list of rates and associated kWh values."
I am not local and just need simple instructions, such as press the left button X times then press the right button...or something like this.

And another, much simpler and shorter.
It's possible that different suppliers configure them differently.
If necessary do a search including your supplier's name, e.g.

@knightstyle Unfortunately neither video tells you how to identify which is day rate and which is night rate, not all suppliers are the same way round so you can't assume eg. that Rate 1 is Day.
The user in the first video makes it clear they don't know!! The 2nd video is too simple!!
It seems to me you need to make use of the Tariffs menu as well.
See sections 4.3 and 4.4 of the manual.
Obviously the "Tariff now" (4.5) will depend on the time of day you check. Then check which of the two registers are incrementing at the time. That way you then know which is which. You can also check that it's also correct on the billing you get.

Don't just take a reading. Photograph the meter showing the readings.

I think most phones and cameras these days auto-embed a time stamp in the photo metadata unless it has been switched off.
