Roof inspection report for building insurance

My buildings insurance (for freehold building with two flats) requires a roof inspection report every two years as it is a flat roof.  But is quite new, in excellent condition and constructed with a high quality covering guaranteed for 15 years, as confirmed by the previous report so it seems completely unreasonable for the insurer to regard it in the same way as a standard asphalt felt roof prone to failure. I am being quoted £400 for the report for what is less than an hour’s work - basically they have me over a barrel and know it. Is they anything I can do or say to persuade the insurer that this is unnecessary? Even 5 yearly reports would be better but ‘computer says no’.  Appreciate this is as much a rant as a question! Thanks
