I would advise steering clear of anyone who talks about wealth management. The only wealth they are going to be looking after is their own. Instead, look for a properly Independent Financial Advisor who nowadays have a legal obligation to work for clients' best interests.0

Some IFAs have "wealth management" as part of their company name. They are no different to an IFA that has "banana" as part of their company name. Just make sure the business you are dealing with is an IFA.
