BOSCH W/MACHINE broken after 4 months

Bought a Bosch machine in September as the last one was good for 11 years. Broke down in 4 months. Several fault codes. 3 weeks and 2 engineer visits later, not fixed. I have asked for a replacement machine but they refuse saying its fixable. Can I demand compensation for the down time? What are my rights over this? Thanks.

Your rights (with the retailer rather than the manufacturer) are to insist on a replacement or a refund if an attempted repair hasn't worked during the first six months of ownership.

You can ask for compensation but there's no legal obligation for them to pay it....

Yes contact retailer as most manafactures have a repair only policy and will only replace as last resort.
Eskbanker is 100% correct, your CRA2015 rights are with your retailer.
Contact your retailer and tell them that Bosch have being out twice and been unable to repair machine and tell them to contact Bosch service and get an exchange/uplift referance as you want the machine replaced

Did they try and fix it when the engineers were there?

Yes first time he checked it over but wasn't sure. Then came back but one of the new parts we had waited 12 days for did not work! You couldn't write this stuff. They now want to make another appointment.
