Octopus Energy Shape Shifters smart time of day tariff for business cutomers

I believe Octopus released this tariff in July 2023. Im thinking of signing up. Does anyone have any experience of being on it and if they have seen some savings in their total energy bill. We dont have a smart meter at our business at the moment and would need a new one fitting and its a 3 phase supply. How long does it take for the meter to be fitted? Will the electricity be off for minutes or hours? Any success in getting it fitted outside your trading hours?

I would ask Octopus customer service but none of my emails have been answered. Ive been contacted by a third party claiming they have been asked to fit the meter but their intial email is appaling, looks like a standard template with none of the specific information filled in. Ive had a phone call trying to book an install date from someone who could barely speak english let alone answer my questions
