I've reported your post to get it moved to the Banking board as it has nothing to do with Public transport.
You can make a formal complaint to Starling (link below) but it seems likely that they suspect some activity on your account that they consider to be illegitemate, and if that is the case you can't do a lot to speed up the investigation process.

First of all, lose the caps lock, appreciate it's stressful but capitals don't help people read.

What led to the freezing of your account and what information were you asked to give them?

Do you have wages/benefits going in? If so, open a new bank account and get them paid into the new account

No way to sugar coat this.

You will have to wait for them to complete their investigation. Complaining will not get it sorted any quicker.
    Life in the slow lane
  • This seems to be happening more often, the only advice I can give is that for the future make sure you have more than one bank account with funds in so you are not completely stuck if your account is frozen.

There will be something about your account that they don't like - not necessarily you but somebody you've bought from. . Starling may never tell you. You may one day simply find your account is open.

As @prettyandfluffy open another account - today.
