Used faulty car leaking, no courtesy car

Im a new driver. I bought a used car from a dealership 46 days ago. 5 years old, 36k miles and paid 21k in cash.
Yesterday after heavy rain and driving away loads of water leaked through on the passengers roof side, onto the chair, through to the rear mirror and down onto the electrics. The material on the passenger roof is soaked. A bit of googling tells me lots of panoramic roofs have this issue with peugeot and sometimes there is no official fix.
Dealership aid "sure, bring it in to diagnose. We have no courtesy cars availible though". I bought the extended warranty that says 3 days max for a courtesy car, but i didnt think i was even in extended warranty territory yet.
Do i have any rights at all? I need to drive my 9 year old to school 5 miles each way, ive just paid £1350 for a years insurance... i just dont get how i can give them 21k of my money for them to leave me stranded without a car with no compensation when ive not even owned it for 2 months yet. I have no idea how long they will keep it for yet as i cant even get a lift back from the dealership till tomorrow.
If they give me an idea tomorrow of time theyll need it for (they said hopefully just needs resealing but seems like a known fault with the roof) do i have any rights to demand a courtesy car or for them to at least recompense the expense of a hire car?
Now all of the electrics have been soaked what does this even mean in terms of safety?

The clue is in the word courtesy.
It's discretionary.
I don't think there is any legal obligation for a dealer to supply a courtesy car, though they might limit the time if they do supply one.
I know that doesn't help but that's the way.0 -

A lot will depend on the dealer type and your attitude
Peugeot main dealer and the salesman you dealt with is still there and you may have some leverage
Car supermarket/non franchised dealer and less likely
The car is unlikely to be 'undriveable' or 'dangerous' at this stage unless there are dash lights indicating otherwise - but as a fallback do you have breakdown cover ?
As it's potentially not a warranty issue but a wear & tear/preventative maintenance issue then time to do a youtube search and see how to unblock the drains ?0 -

VAG cars are notorious for having blocked drainage tubes, I'm sure I've even read threads on MSE.
I know several other brands suffer from similar issues, Minis even have a drain plug under the spare wheel!0 -

I have heard some Peugeots with large sliding glass roofs (called Panoramic), have a problem with the sealant under the pop up wind deflector. I think it's the Second Gen 3008.
There's a bead of sealant that doesn't quite fill the gap between between the frame and the roof so there are gaps in it.
Water than leaks through the gaps and drips down behind the rear view mirror.
The fix it to rip it all out and start again.
I've also read the fixed glass roof (also called Panoramic) on the First Gen 3008 can also leak as well.
Not sure from where, but it's obviously another seal issue.
I think there might even be a Peugeot Tech Service Bulletin (TSB) about the problem but can't remember which for, fixed or sliding.

C2AW011LQ0 - Taches sur garniture de pavillon par entrée d’eau provenant du cadre de toit ouvrant panoramique.
or
C2Aw011LQ0- Stains on headliner due to water entering from panoramic sunroof frame.
If you have a 3008 and the dealer says they know nothing, quote them this number.0
