THIS MORNING PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the Prize Draw period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, STV Group PLC or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw in relation to the This Morning programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win  websites (“Website”) on Tuesday 12 March 2024.

The TUI Holiday includes: 

 

• return economy flights with TUI Airways Limited from the nearest available airport in the UK or Ireland at the time of booking from the following list: Aberdeen, Belfast International, Belfast City, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cardiff, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Exeter, Glasgow, Humberside, Inverness, Leeds Bradford Airport, London Gatwick, London Luton, London Stansted, Manchester, Newcastle, Norwich, Southampton, Teesside International; 
• ground transfer at the chosen destination; 
• hotel accommodation in an all-inclusive 4 (four) or 5 (five) star accommodation (at TUI’s discretion) based on eight (8) people sharing two (2) rooms; and 
• one (1) TUI Holiday excursion from an agreed selection provided by TUI for eight (8) people. Please note that the winner’s companion(s) are not entitled to a separate excursion. 

 

The TUI Holiday must be booked by 30 April 2025 and taken up between the dates of 1 May 2024 and 31 October 2025, and cannot be taken between 23 December 2024 and 2 January 2025. Please note that the TUI Holiday is subject to availability.

The Marella Cruise includes: 

 

• return economy flights with TUI Airways Limited from the nearest available airport in the UK or Ireland at the time of booking from the following list: Aberdeen, Belfast International, Belfast City, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cardiff, East Midlands, Edinburgh, Exeter, Glasgow, Humberside, Inverness, Leeds Bradford Airport, London Gatwick, London Luton, London Stansted, Manchester, Newcastle, Norwich, Southampton, Teesside International. Please note that the Marella Cruise does not sail from the UK; 
• ground transfer at the chosen destination;
• hotel accommodation in an all-inclusive 4 (four) or 5 (five) star accommodation (at TUI’s discretion) based on eight (8) people sharing two (2) standard outside cabins; and
• A cash contribution of £55 (fifty-five pounds) per person for the winner and their companion(s) towards an agreed selection of excursions for the Marella Cruise. 

 

The Marella Cruise must be booked by 30 April 2025 and taken up between the dates of 1 April 2024 and 31 October 2025, and cannot be taken between 23 December 2024 and 2 January 2025. Please note that the Marella Cruise is subject to availability. 

For the avoidance of doubt, the winner may only be entitled to choose a TUI Holiday or Marella Cruise from the options set out above. The winner cannot choose both a TUI Holiday and a Marella Cruise. 

 

The winner will be contacted by a dedicated TUI’s advisor to book their TUI Holiday or Marella Cruise. Please note that the TUI Holiday or Marella Cruise can only be booked through TUI’s dedicated team of advisors. Any upgrades to the TUI Holiday or Marella Cruise are subject to additional costs payable in full by the winner.

 

Please note that: 

 

• Not all destination choices will be served by every UK and Ireland airport listed above and as such, the winner’s preferred airport may not serve the destination chosen and there may be a need to select another one of the departure airports listed above in order to travel to the winner’s chosen destination;
• The accommodation consists of two (2) standard rooms or cabins, each is designed to accommodate a maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children. If the winner wishes to bring four (4) or more adults as companions, or select a hotel that does not accommodate their chosen companions in the standard rooms/cabins, this may limit the destination and hotel options available to the winner and the winner is responsible for any costs of any additional companions or to accommodate the chosen companions; 
• The winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel/cruise ship for security deposit purposes; and 
• Not all TUI excursions will be included in the selection for chosen TUI Holiday or Marella Cruise. TUI’s dedicated advisor will advise on which excursions are available for the chosen TUI Holiday or Marella Cruise. In addition, all excursions are only available for eight (8) persons in total. 

 

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the TUI Holiday or Marella Cruise (as applicable). Please note that children under the age of 6 (six) months are not permitted to travel on a Marella Cruise.

 

The winner and their companions must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to chosen destination. Particular attention should be given to https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party, (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by TUI. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion(s) when taking up the TUI Holiday or Marella Cruise, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

 

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements to the destination. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to the local laws in the destination.

 

The prize excludes ground transport to and from the airport, meals, drinks and excursions (other than those specified above), attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance, personal expenses (other than those specified above), visas and vaccinations. 

 

The prize is subject to availability, non-transferable and non-refundable. There is no cash alternative and there is no alternative prize if the winner and/or the companion(s) are unable to travel for any reason. 

 

Upon booking the TUI Holiday or Marella Cruise, the winner and their companion(s) will be bound by and subject to the relevant terms and conditions of TUI, which includes (without limitation) https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/booking-terms-and-conditions and TUI Airways Conditions of Carriage https://www.tui.co.uk/destinations/info/flight-conditions-of-carriage, as well as the excursions’ terms and conditions.
