MSE Hoover HF4 problems (moved from Praise, Vents and Warnings)

I had no replies in Praise agents and Warnings so posting content here:
I’m happy with the MSE offer of the Hoover HF410P and the good discount so that’s the praise.
Vent is that although it is advertised as a 3 year warranty it is only possible (so far) to register a one year warranty. I have filled in online forms, rang various departments and put a query on Twitter/X but still not managed a 3 year warranty.
Warning is that it is impossible to find replacement filters for this model. On most sites that deal with Hoover spares, the HF410P is simply not found. On sites, including Hoover, where it is, there are various nozzles available but no filters.

It is possible to wash the filters but it is recommended they are replaced each year?
I’d be pleased if anyone can comment on the difficulty to register the 3 year warranty or get hold of the two types of filter for this model.
TIA

No idea
But I have found - to my annoyance - that the fastest results are often obtained by contacting companies via the Faceache: https://www.facebook.com/HooverUkPage/?locale=en_GB

Hi.
I have the same issue regarding spares. Filter broken that's on top of the bin. Just badly made as it's had no abuse from daily use.
Vacuum has now started making a very high pitched noise and stops working with an exclamation mark on the dispaly. No filter / battery spares on the Hoover spares site. Contacted Hoover spares via email and later phone, who then directed me onto another site which has no spares.
Contacted Hoover Customer Services and they told me they have no spares (no filters, no batteries) which is incredibly bad and seems in contradiction to Consumer Rights Act 2015: This act stipulates that goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a product is expected to have a long lifespan, the availability of spare parts might be considered part of its satisfactory quality.
Hoover said "keep checking the website". I've had the vacuum for less than 5 months and no spares have been made available.
So my next step is now to contact their repair department (hoovercandy@wearepentagon.com) to request a repair / new filter and file a complaint. Had I known this to be such a badly supported product beforehand, then I would have never followed the MSE offer and purchased it.

I may have found where to buy spare filters = (as I can't post links yet please follow this) hooverspares dot co dot uk , choose "Vacuum Cleaner" , choose part "filter" , choose model "HF410P 001" It didn't show an image but should say "HOOVER HF410P 001 FILTER KIT" I've ordered one and can let you know if it's the right one when it arrives.
