They didn't refuse to supply, I think printing off a mini statement is what the counter staff automatically do. If it has a roll number then the account number and sort code will likely be one of Nationwide's collection accounts* so probably aren't meaningful, it's the roll number that's important and unique to the account.Roy1234 said:
