Cynergy deposits

I've opened Cynergy Easy Access and paid in £1 yesterday morning, but it is still not showing.  I remember that withdrawals arrive on the same day, but can't remember about deposits and I can't find this info on their website. Can anyone advise how long deposits take to arrive to Cynergy?

@allegro120, I opened the Cynergy account on Saturday, paid in £1 on Sunday and it showed up within the hour. I also received a text informing me of the deposit

Log on was a challenge for me too. They send two different 'online banking passcodes', tried both, none worked and they suspended my online access.  I had to call them to unblock my access and then it worked.

I called them today to chase my £1 and they couldn't find it (spent about 30 minutes in the queue).  CS rep said they will investigate further and if I don't see it tomorrow I should call again. 

P.S. They found my £1, received confirmation email and it is showing online. Hooray!

Opened a business savings account this morning despite reading negative reviews about sign up and logging on.
Thought the process was straight forward and opened in no time at all - less than half hour!
As is normal practice for me and many others, I paid £1 into the account from another bank account (not Cynergy). Within a few mins it showed in the account. Then transferred more money and again, just a few mins to show in account!
Authentication app is straightforward to use. Ok not as quick as other banks but really not an issue.
Great interest rate too!
So…,so far so good
And for those complaining about length of time holding for an agent to answer calls, the times people are quoting are far quicker than I find when trying to phone HSBC!!
