Hello. I have just downloaded the Title Register to my house hoping to confirm the type of ownership myself and my partner signed up to 17 years ago. I cannot find the information in a bundle of information forwarded by our solicitor at the time of purchase. The Title Register indicates who owns the property but not the type of ownership.
Should it be easy to obtain the information I am looking for?

Thanks. I don't have the original TR1 but the statement you emphasise is in my Title Register and under 'B : Proprietorship Register'.0 -

Sorry for jumping in, we have that statement (with three named owners) but no where it state what proportion.
How is the proportion recorded?

Hi,
Or one third each by default if there is no evidence to the contrary (such evidence might be a deed drawn up at the time, or something else).propertyrental said:Separately in the deed you drew up between yourselves at the time.
