Well that hearing a few months ago was the dispute resolution hearing… Had the final hearing today and lost both cases 😭

I'm sorry to hear that. On the face of it, with a parking period of less than 10 minutes and issues around visibility of blue badge - it seemed like you had a good case.
In your opening post you mention two separate claims from CCBC. Did the judge pass judgement on both of them in one hearing?0 -
Which court and which judge? On what points did the judge disagree with your defence and WS?0

More to the point, if the judge wasn’t with you on the PCN did you argue for/get the admin fees and (usually incorrect) interest calculation lopped off. That alone has the potential to make the day worthwhile.2
