Morning all

Pourimg with rain here 🙄 and set in for the day, I have three people coming today and it’s quite hard to entertain them on rainy days, there is a local aviation museum which is nice but Rob often doesn’t have a lot of money on him so he may not be able to afford to go, I will see when they get here.

DD is off today so she is still in bed she works so hard a day off will do her good, I have to have a quick tidy round before my guests come, and OH has put a few pans etc back in the DW they obviously didn’t wash properly so I will empty that once it’s finished.

Dinner is yet to be decided will go and look in the freezer after this.

I've washed my hair this morning as I have a meeting tonight and it was past it's best. My egg eating was rather messy as the first egg was very soft. Second was better.

The 'garden' fence is finally fixed - the chap up the hill went into top gear when I showed him the photo of sheep inside it and walking over the felled bit. Actually the sheep didn't stay long in it as the grass is definitely better in the field.

I’m another one who hasn’t been able to get on for the last couple of days ,saw the banner yesterday evening and it seems ok this morning .

Gers ,thank you so much for your input re the hip replacement ,I was really worried on Saturday ,despite telling myself I wouldn’t be the only one .
I’m sure it will work out ok .

Raining again here today ,got my usual monthly quiz this afternoon after I have a morning of housework ,am desperately trying to sort out and declutter ,so if necessary I can get a cleaner afterwards .

Yesterday was damp and drizzly, today looks like it will be the same.

Camelot  - we have two staff members who whisper or go quiet when someone else comes into the room - very childish but I'm good at ignoring. Of course they behave 'normally' when our boss is there.
I need to go into town this morning to collect a prescription, then I'll get the bus straight down to work. I'll have time for a look in the charity shops first - I'm on the look out for some more lego for little one. It's so expensive new, though I did buy some from ebay.
Then I'll be picking little one up from school and taking her back to their house for a little while until DD gets home from work.

Morning all,raining here. Not a lot DH and Ds can do at work in this, 1st stages of an extension,they may be able to fill in the rest of the foundation but the brickies can't lay so I expect him back later this morning.DS2 has to pick up DGS early this afternoon and take him to a high school for a swimming gala. I said I'd go and watch too if there's time to pick me up on the way over. It'll be a bit of a rush then as we have a match later. Quick tea it is then!

I hadn't seen the banner yesterday, but it wouldn't load for me- seems ok now. I spent a good chunk of time instead researching different broadband providers as we now have full fibre, and the cost of our V....n is getting ridiculous. All out tvs are now smart so I don't think we need a tv package anymore.

Morning! Raining so I'll go through my seeds in a bit until it's time to have blood taken. I ended up getting a new fridge freeer. When I looked at next steps to diagnose problems it was change two baords which cost over 100 each and no guarantee of success because it might be something else, so new one it is. Coming on Friday. I did manage to get some cashback and some points on a card so that made it about 20 cheaper, but hey, twenty is twenty right...And I opted for them taking away of the old one and packaging because it would have been more for the council to pick it up. My days of manhandling fridge freezers into cars are over..My foot has decided to start hurting again but I tell you, three weeks without pain was totally worth it. Made lasagne yesterday with hm pasta, recommend, five stars...Very easy to do [ a bit faffy with the boiling and drying and stuff] but a big difference.
