Wondered if 3 months is too soon to make a decision or have you known instantly and acted on that?
Thanks

Started an exciting new role with a company and realised within the week that I really did not want to do this. Basically I'd spent a lot of time as a team leader/superviser a few years earlier and decided that that was the way to get me back on to a decent wage. I absolutely hated it and sat there for the next couple of weeks wondering what I could do. Fortunately for me the company announced it was closing the department and we were all going to be made redundant. Even more fortunately in the meantime I'd run into a colleague from a previous employer who said there was a role in his department that I might want to go for. I did, I got it, was much happier. 3 more rounds of redundancy later I left the company after nearly 15 years.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards.
