Flicking lights

When I switch on my living room and kitchen light I get a flick does this mean the bulbs need replaced? Upstairs seems ok

We had one like that and it stopped when I changed the bulbs.0

Unlikely that two switches fail simultaneously. Are the two rooms on the same circuit?If so I'd suspect a circuit fault.No free lunch, and no free laptop

Thanks I changed the light bulbs seems to have sorted it for now0
