NS&I / Premium Bond Phishing Email

I received the following obviously fake email (and I do have bonds).  It had a PDF attachment I haven’t opened.

I’ve sent it on to NS&I.

I doubt NS&I can or are willing to do much about that e-mail. You can report it to your e-mail provider, though they probably won't do much with it either.

You should report it as advised on the government website: https://www.gov.uk/report-suspicious-emails-websites-phishing . The National Cyber Security Centre are probably the most likely to take some action.

You can safely hold your cursor over the (scam) link to see in the bottom left corner of your screen where it actually goes to.
Then you can compare it with the genuine link.
    Just don't click on it.
