So a management agent or someone will be necessary.Scottish landlords can use an address anywhere in the UK though.5 -

As someone who has experience of living in Australia whilst managing BTL in the UK here are some things I learned along the way.It is extremely difficult to get a mortgage for a UK property whilst you are resident in Australia meaning you ...Great experience and advise. thank you again and upvoted/likedThanks to others who have given advice too. Will forward this link to my friend1 -

His tenants will have to find a way to pay the income tax on this by maybe contacting HMRC.
Very generous of them to pass on this information to get themselves taxed. There is no honour to be had in not knowing a thing that can be known - Danny Baker0 -

Start by researching housing market trends in the UK to make a well-informed purchase, then work with a reliable international relocation service to handle the logistics of your move. Ensure you understand the legal and financial requirements for both countries to avoid surprises.
We and the whole family moved to the UK because of my husband's work, in a rather short term. But we were helped by the company where he works related to living. And with moving things https://threemovers.com helped us. So the process was pretty quick for us. The rent doesn't cost us much, but the location is not in the center either).
