I think you should make it clear that you were working for or the charity had been engaged by the Co-operative store, otherwise how could you claim to be parking in the car park for employees if you were not an (defacto) employee.

hey guys, this court claim has now escalated - requiring witness statement by the 5/9/24

and claimant court fee to be paid by the 4/9/24

this one had no email accompanying it to over an alternative although there is an offer of mediation, as there is with the other 

any advice on how to present the witness statement and which documents they require would be much appreciated thank you

No, You both have the same deadline, explained on your court order ( the hearing date letter. )
