light tunnel

I have a light tunnel in my bathroom (as no windows) but unfortunately when they installed it there was obviously some flies in it, which have not multiplied and died, can any one tall me how to remove the cone to clear it.

Usually they're some sort of bayonet fitting, you press and turn to detatch but probably depends on the manufacturer. Ours is "Solatube"0

Not sure what brand you have but we have a Velux sun tunnel. The transparent bit has a thread on it, it just screws out.0
