Promotional Period: This Promotion opens at 00:00 on 5th March 2024 and closes at 23:59 on 2nd April 2024. Entries received outside the Promotional Period shall not be valid for entry into this Promotion.

Entry Instructions:

During the Promotional Period: Text PERSIL or PERSIL1 or PERSIL3 or PERSIL6 followed by a space, and your full name and postcode to 60110 ("Entr(y)(ies)").

Entries may only be submitted via text. By entering this Promotion you agree that such Entry (excluding personal information) is deemed to be non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such Entries.

Entry is by text only. Only one entry per person during the Promotional Period. For the avoidance of doubt only one unique mobile number will be accepted per person, and a person can use this mobile number to enter only once. Any use by entrants of identities other than their own and/or any entrant using multiple mobile numbers and/or any other methods and to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. A mobile number can only be used by one person and it cannot be shared within a household. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant or household has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement.

Prizes:

a. There are 3 prizes (3 winners in total), consisting of a 1-day Arsenal FC experience for 2 people (winner + 1 guest). Prize includes:

- A chaperone for the day;

- Greeting by an Arsenal FC Club Representative at the Emirates Stadium, London, with an official home match t-shirt for both winner and guest;

- An Emirates Stadium tour;

- Lunch at the DIG box with a visit from the Gunnersaurus;

- Transfer from Emirates Stadium to the Sobha Realty Training Centre, (the Arsenal FC training ground) at London Colney;

- Visit of the Training Centre gym, and a meet and greet with 3 Arsenal FC players;

- Transport back to a London train station post experience;

- £500 per winner towards travel and accommodation paid via bank transfer (for avoidance of doubt, the travel and accommodation allowance is £500 for winner & guest total, not each)

b. The winner must be over 18 years old. Should their guest be under 18, the winner will need to be their parent or legal guardian.

c. Each winner and guest are responsible for all expenses not expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions as being included as part of the prize.

d. Experience will take place in the presence of other winners; this is not exclusive to each winner and there will be other guests present.

e. The Arsenal FC players will be pre-selected by the Supplier; there is no choice of players. The experience will last up to 45 minutes with all winners, with photos and autographs. Players will be present for the meet and greet only.

g. Lunch excludes alcoholic drinks. Different dietary requirements can be accounted for, we will just need to know in advance.

h. Experience will take place on a day between 1st September 2024 and 31st December 2024. Date will be communicated by the Supplier as soon as reasonably possible. Winners may need to attend at short notice and there is no choice of date. Winners are unable to make a date request or change the date offered. If a winner can’t attend the confirmed date of the experience, there is no alternative prize.

i. Winners may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity (may be photographed/videoed) for social content arising from the experience. Should winners be asked to participate in any publicity they will receive a consent form from the Supplier prior to the experience to acknowledge and sign their acceptance. Please note this is not a condition of entry and winners can refuse to participate in any publicity.

The prizes must be accepted as offered and redeemed by the named winners only. There is no cash or alternative prize, in whole or part (save where the Promoter in its sole discretion deems it reasonably necessary to provide an alternative prize). The prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable. Sale of the prizes for profit is prohibited and may constitute fraud. The prizes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount.
