Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) residents in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the Prize Draw period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, STV Group Plc or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw in relation to the Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, This Morning and Loose Women programmes (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, via the This Morning app (the “App”) and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) on Friday 8 March 2024.
• Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS, the App and online 4.00pm on Friday 29 March 2024.
• Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 4.00pm on Friday 5 April 2024.

 

Winner selection & contact:

 

• The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). For each subsequent call from the same phone number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their call). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2.00 plus your network access charge.

 

• SMS text – send an SMS text with the keyword WINNER, PRIZE or APP to 82248; up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number. Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers.   • Entry Credits: any Entry Credits won through a Winsday Prize Draw which are sitting in your itv.com/win account will be automatically used to enter this Prize Draw before any other online paid entry routes are available to you (unless you are entering via Rich Communications Services (RCS)).
  • Direct to Mobile Billing: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your mobile phone bill. Direct to Mobile Billing may only be available for certain mobile networks – for details see the Website. 
  • Paypal: follow the instructions on the Website.
  • Apple Pay: follow the instructions on the Website.
  • Debit Card: follow the instructions on the Website to charge the entry costs to your debit card. Please note that use of a debit card may incur charges from your provider.
  • Open Banking: follow the instructions on the Website to deduct your entry costs directly from your chosen bank account.

 

A single entry costs £2.00. Paid and free entry bundles may be offered from time to time as stated on the Website.

By entering online, you will also receive one (1) ticket to participate in the “Winsday” Prize Draw for every one (1) paid entry.
 

Each Winsday Prize Draw opens at 1.00 a.m each Wednesday and closes at 12:59 a.m the following Wednesday. The ticket generated from entering this Prize Draw will be automatically entered into Winsday draw that is live at the time of your entry. There is a cap of thirty (30) paid entries across all online platforms (“Cap”). Any Entry Credit(s) used in this Prize Draw will also contribute to the Cap.

Where you opt to enter through one of the promoted paid entry routes, ITV must have received evidence of payment of any costs (as notified to ITV by the applicable payment provider) relating to the entry (as set out in the on screen promotion and these terms and conditions) by the time that ITV conducts the winner selection in accordance with the Winner Selection & Contact section above. Any entry that does not meet this criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the prize.

Prize:

 

There is one (1) prize consisting of £100,000 cash and a lodge.

 

(i)  £100,000 cash

 

This element of the prize consists of £100,000 (one hundred thousand pounds) made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant only.

 

(iI) A lodge

 

This element of the prize consists of a fully furnished two-bedroom Victory Lakewood luxury lodge at Parbola Park in Cornwall (“Location”), including the following:

• a private decking with barbecue and outdoor furniture;
• a fully fitted kitchen with oven, gas burner hob, fridge/freezer and dishwasher;
• payment of the following fees for two (2) years from the date the winner takes ownership of the lodge:
  • site fees; and
  • connections, local authority, water rates, all electricity, gas and insurance costs (“Bills”)

(the “Lodge”).

 

Upon taking-up the Lodge, the winner will be required to enter into a purchase agreement and/or such other agreements as confirmed by the prize provider of the Lodge) with the prize provider of the Lodge.

 

After two (2) years from the date on which the winner takes ownership of the lodge (“Expiry Date”), the winner must choose and agree with the prize provider of the Lodge one (1) of the following options (the "Options’):
 

i. keep the Lodge and assume responsibility of the payment of all costs, fees and charges associated with the continued ownership of the Lodge, including but not limited to paying the relevant fees for the Location, insurance and running costs; or
 

ii. let the Lodge through the prize provider of the Lodge’s ‘Love to Let’ letting scheme, in which case the winner will bear all costs associated with the lease such as gas and electricity use, all normal and regular maintenance, expected wear and tear, TV licence fee and all safety checks as set out at https://lovatparks.com/ownership/love-to-letand https://lovatparks.com/discover/ownership/introducing-love-to-let-holiday-home-income-made-easy-with-our-fully-managed-letting-service. For the avoidance of doubt, the winner will still remain the owner of the Lodge and will therefore assume responsibility of the payment of all costs, fees and charges associated with the continued ownership of the Lodge; or

iii. sell the lodge, in which case the prize provider of the Lodge must be given first opportunity to buy the Lodge back from the winner at competitive market rates, and the prize provider of the Lodge will bear all costs associated with such sale. If the prize provider does not want to buy the Lodge back, the winner shall be able to sell it privately or through the prize provider of the Lodge’s sales team (at the winner’s choice) and will bear all the costs associate with such private sale and consequential arrangements. Please note that if the winner wishes to sell the lodge via the prize provider of the Lodge’s sales team, the prize provider of the Lodge will take a commission and deduct costs as communicated by the prize provider of the Lodge, including but not limited to marketing costs. The prize provider of the Lodge will inform the winner of such arrangements prior to the sale.

 

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the winner may choose to let the Lodge in accordance with Option (ii) above prior to the Expiry Date.

 

It is the winner’s responsibility to confirm in writing to the prize provider of the Lodge which Option they wish to take up by no later than three (3) months prior to the Expiry Date. If the winner does not confirm to the Prize Provider which of the Options they wish to take up by the date falling three (3) months prior to the Expiry Date, they shall be deemed to have chosen Option (i).
 

There is no alternative prize and the prize cannot be exchange for cash equivalent of alternative.
 

The prize does not include transportation of the winner to or from the Lodge and any other associated costs and expenses incurred in use of the Lodge or any other costs not mentioned above.
