So they've ignored all reasonable attempts to agree realistic payments.
At this point you have two options.
Pay what you can afford anyway
Or ignore them and see what they do next.
The most likely thing is that they put it with a third party collector like Moorcroft or a debt buyer like Lowell.
Either will be easier to deal with than ovo.
If you do get (and I don't think it's likely) a preaction letter, that comes with reply form and 30-day limit, post on debt free wannabe0
