I've got a £2000 balance on my Barclaycard which is 0% for another month. I have a 0% money transfer offer on the same card for 20 months, could I use that to pay of my credit card balance?

As long as you have the available credit yes - apply for it - hopefully they'll grant it - issue you the funds, then use the funds however you want (but in your case to reduce your balance again). Does the fee make sense based on the amount of time you think you'll still have the balance for? Are you working on paying it down or running it on monthly minimum repayments?1
