I have my house and car up for sale. They claim they can sell my house and car within a week as they have interested buyers lined up. All for a up front charge of £99.
I think it's a con but wanted your advises

Just done a quick property search on their website and found a grand total of...one properties. And that is advertised with a crappy photo of just the kitchen. Doesn't even tell you where in "cheshire" it is.0
