Tymit now charges monthly fees

So I received a email from Tymit they would be charging monthly fees except I close my account I will be charged £6.99 each month from April 2024 this so funny to me especially for a card that they stripped off its benefits am sad that I will have to close my account I liked the card to be frank

    How on earth they think they can justify £6.99/month I have no idea. The only "special feature" the card has is zero FX - something almost every credit card issuer offers some way or other fee free.

    Tandem tried something similar with their credit card and I think lasted all of 3 months as a result.
